Features

The house is technically fully equipped. Several cisterns are supplied with water by a nearby spring so that there is always enough water for the whole house and the garden. A modern central heating system assures that it is warm and cosy in the house and the apartments as well as on chillier days. The living area in the main building is additionally equipped with tiled stoves. During the summer a solar hot water system provides warm water for the house. In general, the Italian energy provider ENEL provides the house with a 10 kW-connection. An additional photovoltaic system which belongs to the property generates another 6 kW of green electricity. Telephone and internet access are available via a WAN-connection.
